I have been working in learning and development for over three decades to bring innovative print and digital products to market, develop online learning experiences, design and deliver leadership development, and build a consulting business. These experiences have enabled me to build a rare combination of expertise: learning and leadership, operations and commercial growth.
Today, through Angela Adams Consulting, I help my clients to design, develop and deliver high-quality learning and leadership experiences.

A career shaped by the University of Oxford
I founded Angela Adams Consulting in 2018 after working for ten years in executive education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Before this, I worked for Oxford University Press, commissioning new business and management learning products for the global higher education market.
My career has been connected and shaped by working at the University of Oxford for more than twenty-five years.
